This will be a series on best practices for those willing to shake a blog.
Remember when you shake ur blog, you have to shake other's blog as well, and, you agree with the other blog owner that for every action, there will be an equal and opposite reaction. Here, the principle of "what you sow, that you shall reap" still applies, which is all within the boundaries of the golden rule, that you do to others what you want others to do to you.
So let me start the ball rolling, so to speak.
FOCUS ON EMPATHY
My first tip is that you should focus on empathy.
Empathy as used in this context is that of putting yourself in someone else’s place and imagining how that person must feel.

When you empathize with the blog owner you're shaking with, there is a greater chance of you creating a long and fruitful relationship with that blog owner. It will make you feel better, knowing that you are doing good, based on what the other blog owner feels.
If applied consistently, focus on empathy will bring forth a better world wide web, where people are always trying to feel what other people are feeling. Everyone being more considerate of other's feelings.
So, let us take for example, a blogger who joins a networking community. Basic to this example is the fact that you are there to gain something from the community, regardless of what it may be. You join, interact with other people, and expect something in return. But what really should you expect from others....
